Refunds are only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Personal reasons or changing your mind are not eligible for return.
Items that have been used cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we'll refund your payment to the original payment method within 7-10 days. (Your bank or card may take extra time to post the refund.)
